Ozarks Electric Cooperative’s Right of Way Department rolled out some of their heavy equipment for the annual Touch-A-Truck event in Springdale, giving local families an up-close look at the machinery that helps keep power lines clear and reliable.

Two Ozarks Electric linemen are in Guatemala as part of a project to bring electricity to a remote village for the first time.

After experiencing the most significant outage event in recent memory, Ozarks Electric was able to restore power to over 36,000 members just one week after a tornado tore through their coverage area.

Ozarks Electric donated 35 restored iPads to an underserved public school in Stilwell, OK, helping teachers and administration to relieve learning roadblocks for the community's youngest learners.
