Disconnect For Non-Payment

If your service is disconnected for non-payment, we will reconnect your service once the following payments have been made on your account:

  • The entire past-due amount
  • A reconnect fee *

* We cannot reconnect service after 7:00 pm or on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the "shut-off date" listed on your shut-off notice to make arrangements on your bill.
