For your convenience, we provide multiple ways for our members to pay their monthly electric bill. Below are some of the possible ways to pay your bill.
You may pay your bill online by logging in to your account through MyOzarks. For your convenience, you may pay by credit or debit card or through your checking account. You can also sign up for auto pay through MyOzarks as well. See below for more information.
If you are signed up for MyOzarks and receive email bill notifications, you can also sign up for paperless billing, giving you the opportunity to say goodbye to clutter and the frustration of misplaced bills.
Want to eliminate buying stamps or the risk of late payments? Sign up for automatic bank or credit card draft to have your bill drafted out of your checking account or charged to your credit card each month. Your account will be charged on the due date listed on your bill. It's that simple. To sign up, click here and log in to your account.

Visit a Local Office
We love to see our members! Visit us during working hours to pay your bill at one of our four offices across Arkansas (Fayetteville and Springdale) and Oklahoma (Stilwell and Westville). We also have a convenient night drop at each location for those times you can't make it before 5:00. Click here for office locations.
Our levelized billing plan levels your monthly payments each billing period, based on a rolling 12-month average and will change your bill only a few dollars each month. Because the impact from month to month is so small, this plan can help you better control your monthly budget.
To sign up for levelized billing, please call us at 1-800-521-6144 and a member relations representative will be happy to assist you.

Drop off your payment at any of these convenient locations throughout our service territory. Please remember that collection agents cannot accept payments that are due within five (5) days of the date posted on your bill.
We have convenient collection agency locations at Arvest Bank in Fayetteville, Springdale and Huntsville.

We cannot reconnect service after 7:00 pm or on weekends or holidays. To avoid having your service disconnected, please call us before the "shut-off date" listed on your shut-off notice to make arrangements on your bill.
