A Sincere Thank You From Everyone At Ozarks Electric Cooperative
At Ozarks Electric Cooperative, we take great pride in offering you – our members – the absolute best in service. That includes everything from directly interacting with you, to making sure your lights stay on.
I am overwhelmed by the response that you’ve given us after you rated us best of the best in the electric utility industry. In the most recent American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), we received an astounding 96 out of 100, putting us a full 15 points above the overall industry average. Also, of the 905 members in the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, our score is the highest for 2012.
The ACSI is an independent national survey of customer satisfaction for the quality of products and services available to household consumers in the United States. The ACSI is updated each quarter with new measures for different sectors of the economy replacing data from the prior year. The overall ACSI score for a given quarter factors in scores from more than 230 companies in 47 industries and government agencies over the previous four quarters.
Providing safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to you is something we strive for every day. This acknowledgment of that pledge is both humbling and sincerely appreciated. You have my assurance that we will never waver in our promise to continue to offer the best possible service to our members.
