You simply purchase electricity before you use it.
Make payments when you want, online, over the phone or at a PaySite Kiosk. When your account runs low, you will get an alert by phone, text message and email, letting you know it’s time to recharge your account. The program costs only $0.22 per day, and all standard monthly service fees still apply. But with no late, collection or reconnection fees, this program can give you great peace of mind and allow you to be more in control of your monthly budget.
Keep Track of Your Daily Electricity Usage
With MyUsage.com, you can track daily electricity usage and temperatures for free. By routinely monitoring energy use and adjusting habits or appliance operation, you can save money and make a significantly positive impact on the environment. You can also receive email, text or phone alerts when you exceed daily limits you set.

Get Started With PrePay Energy Billing
New members need to purchase a minimum of $20 in energy. That’s it! No deposits are required. Existing members with a traditional account may convert to PrePay Energy Billing at any time. Any deposits on your existing account will be credited towards your PrePay account.
Existing members with account balances can also use the debt recovery program - each time you make a payment, 50% will go toward your outstanding balance.
